About me
I have spent 20+ years working within both the arts and corporate worlds.
I love working with people - helping them grow, think differently, and get more out of their teams than they thought possible.
I communicate clearly, bring energy and focus to every project, and believe that good leadership helps teams engage, collaborate, and deliver their best work.
A quick look at some of my work highlights:
-
Led and delivered a three year Audience Development and Relationship plan for a mid-scale UK theatre.
-
Launched a new website for a mid-scale theatre.
-
Rebranded a leading UK cultural organisation.
-
Grew corporate partnership sponsorship and philanthropic relationships by 800%.
-
Created, launched and led an international magazine in Malta, building it into a leading luxury brand.
-
Launched and currently manage a number of podcasts for corporate and cultural clients.
-
Led business development plans and new business launches across the arts and media sectors.
"Zanna led the project, keeping me abreast of the work, but giving me the complete confidence it was under control." Zoe Phillips, Norwich Theatre.
Outside work, you’ll most likely find me enjoying the Suffolk and Norfolk countryside, at the theatre, or around a bridge table. I’m a passionate player and relish the blend of strategy and teamwork the game demands. And, whenever possible, I escape to Malta - a beautiful Island that's been a long and happy part of my life.
I am also a Board Member for Feline Care Cat Sanctuary, based in Norfolk.
I have a deep appreciation for great food, whether it’s a relaxed meal with friends or discovering somewhere new. Music runs through everything, too - from childhood afternoons spent with my brother listening to 7-inch singles on an old record player, to today, sharing a home with my husband, a podcast producer and former international DJ. There’s always a soundtrack in the background, from The Beatles to house music, with a healthy dose of Yacht Rock in between.
Above all, family is at the heart of everything I do.
